Developed a custom API integration between a WordPress business directory (DirectoriesPro) and the Close CRM platform. The system automatically sends user registrations and business listing submissions to the CRM as leads, including company name, email, phone number, and profile details. The integration includes duplicate detection by searching existing leads via email and updating records instead of creating duplicates. This solution replaced third-party automation tools, enabling real-time CRM synchronization, improved lead management, and a more efficient workflow using WordPress hooks, PHP, and REST API communication.
